English Nannies is run and owned by Mrs. Lynne Shrubb, who from 1994 to 2009, was the Managing Director of a respected UK Nanny Agency with branches in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and London.
Lynne is a mother of three and also has two beautiful grandchildren whom she loves to spend time with. She is also a Homeopath, and Adult teacher and an Early years First Aid trainer.
She operates her business on the basis that experienced and less experienced parents will have their own unique set of needs for guidance and support and will not always understand how to set up successfully the Nanny/Parent relationship. Therefore English Nannies will provide as much guidance and support as needed throughout the choosing and placement process to ensure that parents, candidates and children benefit from the best possible outcome.
As is the past, Lynne anticipates that a high percentage of business will come from satisfied parents recommending our services to their friends or colleagues and from candidates who have enjoyed the standard of service and support provided.
Her considerable experience tells her that placing Nannies successfully requires care and consideration, therefore parents need to allow, at the very minimum, a period of 8 weeks from start of search to the placement taking place, though if we can place a candidate who is well known to us earlier, we will certainly do so.
